MDOT recently revised their 2020-2024 Five-Year program. Included in the revision is updated information for the 2021 construction season.

MDOT has also shared their five-year projects by proposed letting graphic. This graph depicts the number of projected projects per letting along with the anticipated amount of construction cost. As can be seen by the graphic, MDOT is transitioning to have the majority of their projects let between August and December. This shift allows for more time for contractors to prepare for the upcoming season and for potentially earlier starting dates depending on the weather.
