On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, MAA will be testifying in front of the Senate Natural Resources Committee in support of SB 1210.
Therefore, now is the time for action! Please call your legislator and ask them to support SB 1210. Inform them that the proposed amendments to PA113 will provide clear, enforceable, statewide standards for the permitting of aggregate mining in Michigan while at the same time maintaining reasonable regulations for local communities.
