H2-B Visa Process for Seasonal Workforce

In an effort to help address the workforce shortage that our industry is facing, MAA has been in contact with international labor recruiters and labor and employer law attorneys to learn about the H-2B Visa program and the process for obtaining seasonal workers from countries such as Jamaica and Mexico.

Based on the limited number of Visas and the timeframe to that it will take to navigate through the process, now is the to begin the process for a workforce that would start April 1, 2023.
