MAA Recognizes Individuals that Support the MAA PAC

As we have informed you in the past, one of the best ways for MAA to ensure that we have a voice in Lansing is to make sure we have adequate funds in the MAA Political Action Committee. 
 
The stronger the PAC; the louder your voice. It allows us to educate lawmakers on our various aggregate mining and production issues and to share our ideas on how best to address these challenges and issues such as; transportation funding, local zoning and planning issues, wetlands management, inland lakes and streams, etc.  It also enables us to become a vital source of information for lawmakers and their top aids on issues related to the aggregate industry.
 
Beginning in 2023, MAA will recognize those individuals who have donated to the MAA PAC at our various events throughout the year.  These individuals will receive a special lanyard identifying their donation level.
 
Donation cycles will run from January to December and reset every year and will be set at the following levels:
 
Bronze - $100
Silver - $250
Gold - $500
Platinum - $1,000 (As a special thank you in 2023 our Platinum level contributors will receive a 20 oz Yeti Tumbler with the MAA PAC logo proudly displayed.)
 
If you would like to be recognized at the MAA Annual Conference that is planned for February 8-10, 2023 at FireKeepers Casino and Hotel, you can send a check to the MAA made out to MAA PAC or visit the MAA PAC donation link by clicking here.   There will also be a QR code at the registration table that can be scanned upon arrival.
 
Your support of the MAA PAC is a show of support for the aggregate industry on all political fronts. It gives the Michigan Aggregates Association the necessary resources to advocate for our members that serve both in the state of Michigan and at the federal level. It is critical that we all work together to create a strong and vibrant future for the aggregate industry.
