These bills clarify that equipment used for the production, manufacturing, or recycling of aggregate, where the aggregate will be used as an ingredient or component for the construction, maintenance, repair, or reconstruction of property that will ultimately be subject to sales or use tax, is exempt from sales tax at the time you purchase the equipment.
