Wrapping Up the 2025 MAA Emerging Leaders Program

This week, we concluded the final session of the 2025 MAA Emerging Leaders program. The focus of this session was leadership through change along with employee engagement from effective onboarding to supporting continued growth. Over the course of five sessions, participants have not only developed personally and professionally but also expanded their networks and deepened their understanding of the aggregates industry.

A fun and competitive round of Topgolf was the perfect way to celebrate the completion of this year’s program!
