MAA Summer Conference - Equipment Display Opportunity

New for the 2026 MAA Summer Conference, scheduled for July 16–19, 2026 at Crystal Mountain, is the opportunity to showcase equipment to conference attendees.
 
Display space will be located in a designated section of Parking Lot M (click here), the area adjacent to the meeting space and visible to attendees as they enter the resort. Space is limited, offering a prime opportunity to highlight a new or featured piece of equipment and engage directly with attendees about its capabilities and applications.
 
In addition to customer engagement, this display provides a valuable opportunity to introduce students and young professionals to the equipment and innovation that drive the aggregates industry.

Details:
Set up: July 15 after 6:00 pm
Take down: July 19 anytime
Cost: $1,500 per piece of equipment
 
Please note that the display area is located on a dirt parking lot. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing appropriate protection to prevent damage. Any damage caused to the parking lot will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to repair.
