MAA Emerging Leaders Session #3 - Hosted by Koenig Materials

Another great session is in the books for the 2026 MAA Emerging Leaders Experience!

Session #3 focused on Team Excellence and the skills needed to build, strengthen, and retain a high-performing team. The group spent the session learning, sharing ideas, and continuing to develop the leadership skills that will help shape the future of our industry.

A big thank you to Koenig Materials for hosting the group, providing an informative tour of the facility, and treating everyone to some amazing food!

The experience included an evening at Topgolf, where the competitive spirit of this group definitely came out. It was a great way to mix a little fun with networking and team building.
